We left off with Davy having to meet with her adviser. She now has to attend a public hig hschool until she "graduates." Because of her gene, she must wear a badge around her neck saying that she is "deadly." She is allowed to commit only one crime. Afterwards, if she commits another, the government will give her a tattoo with the letter H in black ink. As her mother and her are leaving they run into a soon-to-be-main character named Sean, who has a letter H, and is apparently "smoking hot."

Davy tells Zac, who has been worried about her, the truth and he isn't happy about this and almost beats up Davy, but decides against it. He then starts a friendship between him and Tori and Tori is now scared of Davy.

Public school is a living nightmare for Davy since she is forced to be in a cage with other "killers" and that is considered learning. The people in the cage consist of Coco, a very quiet girl. Nathan, who assaults Davy when he first meets her. Gil, the runt of the group, who is always getting beat up by Nathan and another boy, Brian, who all we know about Brian is he is also dangerous like Nathan. And then Sean, who is the only one who can stand up against Nathan and Brian. There is also Bauman, who is the gate keeper, who has a dark secret.

Zac apologizes to Davy, so the relationship is still continuing. However she fears going out in public since everyone at her old school may know about her. Zac invites her to a party that weekend and she accepts.

The next day in school, we learn that Bauman is completely useless in keeping the dangerous one's paws off the weaker ones. Not only that he sexually assaults Coco, as Davy witnesses it happen and is afraid to do anything. On day three, Coco has some kind of stockhome syndrome thing going on, as if she was in love with Bauman. Bauman shows signs of possibly sexually assaulting Davy as well, but she knows to keep her distance from him.

Review:
Oooooh my god, this is soooooo good. Its very similar to the Hunger Games in the sense that it takes place in a future, where people are segreated from one another. However Uninvited has a more realistic approach. I'm not sure if there will be some big rebellion movement between the "killers" like Hunger Games and Divergent had, so I'm still psyched.

The story deals with realistic issues such as sexual assault and being isolated from other people. I can really relate to Davy. Not because I was a criminal, but I didn't get the best education since I was classified as different, and I was isolated from my peers. I'm excited to read the next few chapters.
